Tonewulf is an electronic music and visual art project from the foothills of Western North Carolina, USA. Tonewulf was formed in 2019 by producer/multi-instrumentalist Paul Gratton to explore love, light, and sound.
Influenced by Aphex Twin, Bonobo, Pretty Lights, Boards of Canada, and Max Cooper, Tonewulf blends meticulous studio production with live improvisation and saturated visual media, turning every performance into a one-of-a-kind multi-sensory experience. The result is music made for deep listening, dancing, and altered states of attention — ideal for art spaces, listening rooms, galleries, festivals, and intimate venues seeking something atmospheric and visually striking.
The Tonewulf live show delivers multi-sensory sets that fuse downtempo grooves, textured guitars, and elemental electronics with immersive lighting and projected visuals, transforming art spaces, listening rooms, and intimate venues into shapeshifting soundscapes.
